Our Philosophy

At the Dancers’ Workshop, we believe that dance classes must focus on the whole child learning proper technique and movement through developmentally appropriate instruction by master teachers.  Rather than being an expensive, recital-based or competition-type studio, we believe in concentrating our efforts on developing proper technique in dancers to ready them for further study and/or performance opportunities.  This not only results in more refined and polished dancers but also helps maintain a more reasonable cost to our families.  At Dancers’ Workshop, classes meet the needs of each individual dancer, whether for fun and recreation or the pursuit of a serious career in the arts.
